Our Business Motivation

We have jointly worked for over 40 years in multiple industries and came to the same conclusion. More often than not internal corporate politics with ambitious professionals and decision makers use flashy results for their survival and growth instead of professional integrity and persistence for value creation. As they are mainly involved in personal career goal advancement, many corporate decision makers forget about value creation and value exploitation for the organization they serve. Such professionals often coerce their subordinates/colleagues in doing things for routine sake(mostly fire-fighting) rather than for value addition. This leads to bleeding of corporate resources. We had a choice to safely continue working in such circumstances or to do something more meaningful for the industry and ourselves. Thus we started our operations to make a change in this world of business. Where Quality (may or may not be with quantity), and NOT just quantity can dictate the business direction. A farmer even when illiterate or semi-literate only sows seeds that give him excellent produce. He also knows (and practices) that pruning of unwanted plants/weeds is must to get the best results. Unfortunately, similar basic knowledge is NOT always visible amongst many IP professionals, even though they are highly educated and hold science and/or technology degrees. If one observes today, the intellectual space is more polluted than physical global environment. A lot of people are very sensitive about environmental pollution, but the very same people have utter disregard for pollution of intellectual space from their own/associates activities. We decided to do something to rectify the system, by following our own conviction. After over 3 years in existence we have clearly observed that we can play a socially responsible and constructive role in contemporary business environment by holding our integrity, ethics, honesty and delivering excellent results. This was the reason why we started in the first place. We know that currently people who value such thinking low in number but their count is on the rise. We are witnessing a pattern, that because of our value vision, we have grown substantially even in worst recession years of 2007-2008. At the time most companies were facing loss of revenue, we grew from strength to strength. We have started something that will only help professionals and organizations who want to STOP wastages and instead create real value from Investing in Technology. That logic remains imbibed with us from day one and it will remain the same forever. We are building our brand PATONOMICS in such a way that, whenever one finds any job done by Patonomics, he/she inherently knows that it stands for truth, reliability and true value.
